Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy is a sustainable, ecofriendly, and renewable energy source that is ecofriendly. We have spent over $100,000 with geotechnical engineersineers and geolositsgeologists to study, and locate the geothermal mineral spring water that lie underneath our land. We hope to drill and exploratory well nexst year.
Further studies of the geothermal waters under The Grand Teton Club will determine whether our community can harness the geothermalgeothermal energy. If so, we have the opportunity to become close to 100% energy independent, with or without a wind turbine to supplement the energy produced on-site. These studies may allow The Grand Teton Club to be self-sustaining from a water and energy standpoint, another potential historic first for a home community like ours.
